Conference Registration

Please register by June 15, 2012. Conference registration is $475 for attendees and $600 for vendor sponsors.  This is the same price as last year – so no inflation! Registration and payment can be completed by following the “Register” link at the bottom of this page.

Hotel Reservations

The Hotel Monaco

You must make your hotel reservations by June 15, 2012, to guarantee room availability and to secure the conference rate of $149 per night. Reservations can be made either of the following ways:

1. You can view the hotel online at http://www.monaco-alexandria.com. BUT, make your reservations using this link which takes you to our special registration page.  You can modify the dates of your stay, if you’re planning to come early or stay late. You can then complete the reservation process.
2. Toll free at 1-(800) 368-5047 and ask to use the “AEIC Load Research Conference” to receive our conference room rate.

Transportation

There is a complimentary shuttle available from/to Reagan National Airport.  Public transportation is also available.  See all of your options on the hotel’s web site for transportation options:

Vendor Information

If you are a vendor, and would like to sponsor the conference, please contact either David Williams or Kathy Johnson for further information.  The cost to be a Vendor Sponsor is $600.00, which is the same bargain it was last year.
